Phoebe Nikolakakis | Kailua Office Leader
Phoebe Nikolakakis is the Broker-in-Charge and Office Leader at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawai’i Realty’s Kailua office. Previously, Phoebe was the Broker-in-Charge for Coldwell Banker Realty’s Kapolei and Waikele offices supporting over 200 agents through contract/transaction guidance, coaching, and training. Her depth of knowledge of contracts and transactions is impressive. It was not unusual for her to review 20 documents per day. She also serves as the Vice Chair of the Hawaii Association of REALTORS® Standard Forms Committee, revising and writing the Hawai’i library of contracts. Prior to her role as a supervisory Broker, Phoebe focused her real estate sales career on the Windward Side of the island, Waikiki, and the West side of O’ahu.

Prior to entering the real estate world, Phoebe worked as a Human Resource Executive in Hawai’i for over 20 years. She moved from California decades ago making Kaneohe her home. Phoebe has a degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and worked for many years in Human Resource Management. This has allowed her to hone her people skills, negotiating savvy, and comfort with administrative detail. She provides professional service and comprehensive information about local housing trends and neighborhoods. All delivered with a passion for O’ahu real estate!
