RISE is an 8 week training course that will take a brand new agent from zero to sale-ready with the support of experienced leadership dedicated to their success. RISE students access a proven combination of virtual and in-person learning opportunities in their 3 times weekly classes. Class schedules are designed to accomodate full-time agents and those transitioning into the career.

Agents will leave RISE with hands-on experience in the buying and selling process, marketing, open house, transaction management and prospecting.
